How does Slide work?+
Add your online crushes by social media handle. If one of them independently adds you too, Slide tells you both. Otherwise, your list stays completely private.
Which social platforms can I use?+
The first release connects with X. Instagram and Discord support are coming soon.
Can anyone see who I added?+
No. Your crush list is only visible to you. We only reveal someone when you’ve both added each other.
What happens when it’s mutual?+
You both get a private match notification. Slide leaves the next move entirely up to you—there are no profiles, swiping, or chat.
Can Slide post from my account?+
No. Slide can’t post, like, follow, or message anyone for you.
Why is there a 5-crush limit?+
The rolling 30-day limit keeps Slide intentional and makes it much harder to test hundreds of names.
